About the Company
Nishan Trading is into the furniture manufacturing business and they are the approved furniture supplier for the government institutes. Well established company who can supple any design of furniture to office, hotels, schools and homes.
Problem Faced
The company did not have a HR set-up and they prepared the payroll manually. It was not an issue as long as they had two or three employees. Now they have nearly 40 employees and they manage contract employees time to time.

Since E&J Management Services provides services to small and medium enterprises, in year 2014 they approached Nishan Trading company and provided a proposal on how to manage the HR and Payroll.
Impact
Now the owner of Nishan Trading does not have any trouble of making salaries to their employees. They payroll system is in place. Then there are very simple HR procedures, where they can manage the employees. E&J Management Services visit them once a week to check if the HR activities and be there at the end of the month to prepare the salaries.
